Managing Director
Appointed as EIC Activities in October 2020. Geoff was formerly EIC Activities’ General Manager, NSW. Geoff is EIC Activities’ sponsor for services to CIMIC Group companies CPB Contractors (NSW & ACT, Major Projects & Tunnelling, Leighton Asia, Broad) and Pacific Partnerships.Geoff has over 33 years consulting design and construction experience across the building, civil infrastructure, rail, marine and energy and resources sectors in Australia and South East Asia.
Geoff was previously Manager, Engineering Services – Specialist Engineering with John Holland. Prior to that Geoff was Project Director and Principal Structural Engineer, GHD, and Associate Director/Structures Division Manager, Hyder Consulting.
Geoff is a Chartered Professional Engineer (Civil and Structural), a Member of Engineers Australia and a Registered Professional Engineer, Queensland.

General Manager
Appointed EIC Activities General Manager in 2017. Julie is EIC Activities’ sponsor for services to CIMIC Group companies CPB Contractors (QLD, WA, NT & PNG) and UGL.Julie has over 20 years' experience in electrical engineering with extensive experience in design, construction and commissioning of high and low voltage electrical distribution and traction power systems. She has held positions in key design, project engineering, management and commissioning roles on a range of projects in QLD, NSW, WA, India and London.
Julie currently holds the office of non-executive Director on the Board of Powerlink Queensland.
Julie was previously Principal – Electrical, EIC Activities. Prior to that Julie was Power Site Manager, QCLNG Surat North Project CPB Contractors and HV Power Lead, Moreton Bay Rail Link Project, Thiess.

Appointed as EIC Activities General Manager in 2016. Simon is EIC Activities’ sponsor for services to CIMIC Group companies CPB Contractors (VIC, SA & TAS) and Sedgman.Simon has over 25 years' experience in multi-disciplinary design and construction projects. He has been instrumental in the successful delivery of a number of complicated water and industrial process projects in Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia.
Simon was previously Principal – Water, EIC Activities. Prior to that Simon was Project Development Manager, Power & Water Thiess Construction and National Engineering Manager Abigroup Water.
